Last updated: 10 July 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Perspective Visuals Pty Ltd (ABN 15 685 089 409) (“Perspective Visuals”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses, stores and discloses your personal information. We handle personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

By using our website or giving us your information, you agree to the practices described below.

What we collect

We only collect information we need to run our business and work with you. This may include:

  • Your name, email address, phone number and business or organisation name.
  • Details you give us through our website contact and enquiry forms, or when you submit a brief.
  • Information you provide when you download a playbook, guide or other resource from our site.
  • Payment and billing details when you engage us for a project or retainer.
  • Technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device information and how you use our website (collected through cookies and analytics).

How we collect it

We collect personal information directly from you when you fill in a form, download a resource, email us, or engage our services. Our website forms and resource downloads are managed through our marketing and CRM platform, which stores the details you submit so we can respond and follow up.

We also collect some information automatically when you browse the site, using cookies and analytics tools (see “Cookies and analytics” below).

Why we use it

  • To respond to your enquiries and send the resources you request.
  • To deliver our services and manage our working relationship with you.
  • To send you invoices and process payments.
  • To send marketing emails, newsletters and nurture content where you have opted in.
  • To improve our website, services and the way we communicate.
  • To meet our legal and record-keeping obligations.

Email marketing

If you sign up for our newsletter, download a resource, or become a client, we may send you marketing emails and nurture sequences. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. Once you unsubscribe we will stop sending you marketing content, though we may still contact you about services you have engaged us for.

Payments

Payments for our projects and retainers are processed securely through Stripe. Your card details are handled directly by Stripe under its own security standards and privacy terms. We do not store your full card numbers on our systems.

Cookies and analytics

Our website uses cookies and analytics tools (such as Google Analytics and tracking pixels) to understand how visitors use the site, measure how our content performs, and improve your experience. Cookies are small files stored on your device. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as well if you do.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We only share it with trusted third parties who help us run our business, including:

  • Our CRM and marketing platform, for form capture, email and contact management.
  • Stripe, for payment processing.
  • Analytics providers, to measure website performance.
  • Professional advisers, or where we are required to by law.

Some of these providers may store data on servers located outside Australia. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure your information is handled with appropriate protections.

How we keep it secure

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so while we do our best to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Accessing and correcting your information

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it if it is wrong or out of date. Just get in touch using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Complaints

If you think we have mishandled your personal information, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at www.oaic.gov.au.
